Boardmembers serve Two (2) years per term.
Elections are every two years in October during regular meeting session.
President
Core Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between neighborhood residents and the city of Tampa staff and elected officials.
Build and establish relationships with residents and community businesses.
Meet with board members
Meet with residents and members of association
Create, run and manage quarterly community meetings
Work with board members and community members on current and possible future concerns that affect the neighborhood.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage, create and share content on Social Media (Facebook) and website.
Vice President
Core Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between neighborhood residents and the city of Tampa staff and elected officials.
Build and establish relationships with residents and community businesses.
Meet with board members.
Additional Responsibilities:
Meet with residents and members of the association in the absence of the President.
Work with Treasure and President to build membership.
Treasure
Core Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between neighborhood residents and the city of Tampa staff and elected officials.
Build and establish relationships with residents and community businesses.
Meet with board members
Meet with residents and members of association REGARDING their Membership and donations.
Maintaining and managing membership records, annual records for State of Florida annual review, and financial records of association.
