The Assoc. received a good neighbor notice regarding the application below.
The request is to rezone the property to allow an Air-Conditioned Storage Facility to be built adjacent to the current Communications Tower.
The association welcomes new businesses to the neighborhood.
If you are familiar with this area of Terrace Park, this area is heavy with traffic due to the current businesses currently established.
In this area, there are 3 to 4 businesses with a lack of space for parking. Many times resulting in traffic being blocked to residents in Terrace Park to pass thru.
There is a concern that the proposed project may welcome more traffic to the area and into the neighborhood. Causing more difficulties to enter to the neighborhood through Hyaleah.
The association will like to prepare a list of questions to the applicants of this project.
